Job Description / Responsibilities:

Able to cook Tandoori dishes of high quality in a high-pressure restaurant kitchen environment. Maintain a cooking speed, consistency in blending in-house spices, preparing sauces, using the right balance of spices, herbs & ingredients to produce consistent flavour. Cooking dishes to order and according to dietary requirements of customers, if required. Establish a food budget, cost controls measures, actively participate with management in planning special menus, cost-effective promotional ideas. Carry out other supervisory duties as appropriate and as requested by the Head Chef. Should have knowledge of food hygiene requirements. To maintain all equipment through due care and diligence as instructed.
